Where we ship

We sell and ship within New Zealand only. We don't accept orders for delivery outside New Zealand, and our checkout only accepts New Zealand delivery addresses.

Shipping costs (New Zealand)

Free local delivery within Rangiora (7400). The options available for your address are shown at checkout, and you'll see the final cost before you pay.

How we send your jewellery

• Every parcel is sent with a tracked courier service, and you'll get the tracking details by email.

• All courier parcels are sent with signature required on delivery. Please use an address where someone can sign (a workplace is fine).

• Jewellery is packed discreetly. The outside of the parcel doesn't show what's inside.

When your order ships

• Ready-made stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.

• Made-to-order items: dispatched within 5–10 business days of payment.

• Custom and bespoke pieces: we agree the timeframe with you when you approve your design.

• Delivery after dispatch: usually 1–3 business days for most NZ addresses, longer for rural or remote addresses. Courier times aren't guaranteed.

Lost or damaged parcels

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, items are our responsibility until they reach you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly, keep the packaging, and we'll replace or refund the item. Once tracking shows a parcel was delivered to the address you gave us, it's your responsibility, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Address changes

Email hello@foreverjewellers.co.nz as soon as possible. We can change the address before the parcel is dispatched.
